Responsibilities

- Resolve technical issues, troubleshoot software/hardware problems, and escalate complex cases
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining SLA compliance
- Collaborate with global support teams during handover periods for seamless continuity
- Proactively identify process improvements and share feedback with leadership
- Maintain detailed knowledge base updates for self-service resources
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience in remote or night shift environments
- Proficiency with ticketing systems (Zendesk, ServiceNow) and CRM platforms
- Strong diagnostic skills for IT/network troubleshooting (Windows/macOS)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and conflict resolution abilities
- High-speed home internet (50+ Mbps) and quiet dedicated workspace
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent technical certification preferred
