- Manage and resolve a high volume of service tickets with accuracy and speed.
- Collaborate closely with the day shift team to ensure seamless issue resolution and knowledge transfer.
- Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM database.
- Identify recurring technical issues and contribute to process improvement strategies.
- Maintain a professional, patient, and empathetic demeanor while handling sensitive customer data.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or a related field is a plus.
- 1+ years of experience in customer support, technical support, or call center operations.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM EST/PST).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity.
