As a Night Shift Support Specialist, you will be the first line of defense for our clients, ensuring satisfaction and resolving technical issues efficiently during our peak hours. This is a fully remote position with a competitive hourly rate.

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and technical support tickets via chat, email, and phone during the night shift.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for remote clients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineering teams when necessary.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction scores and adhere to company service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and issue closure.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Ability to work independently and maintain focus during night hours.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with remote support tools is a plus.
