- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and positive demeanor during high-volume interactions.
- Adhere to all company policies, security protocols, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Familiarity with basic computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
