Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 remote technical support for enterprise-level software and infrastructure systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues across multiple time zones
- Document all support tickets using our CRM system with detailed technical notes and resolution steps
- Collaborate with global teams to escalate critical issues and implement preventive solutions
- Monitor system health and performance during assigned shift hours
- Maintain security protocols and compliance standards for all client interactions
- Conduct remote system maintenance, updates, and patch deployments
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support with night shift or rotational shift experience
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
- Industry certifications (CompTIA A+/Network+, Microsoft Azure) preferred
- Exceptional written communication skills for technical documentation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote desktop tools
- Flexibility to work US/UK night shift hours (typically 10 PM - 6 EST)
