Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues during night shift hours
- Monitor system alerts and proactively address infrastructure vulnerabilities
- Collaborate with global IT teams to resolve complex escalations
- Document incidents, resolutions, and knowledge base articles
- Conduct regular system maintenance and security updates
- Train end-users on remote access protocols and security best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with night shift or rotational schedule
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and networking fundamentals
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent technical certification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be located in Alaska and available for night shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
