Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone, email, and live chat during night shift hours.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to operating systems, networks, and peripherals.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system to ensure a seamless knowledge base for the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and improve our product offerings.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by adhering to SLAs and company service protocols.
- Stay updated on technical trends and provide feedback to the product development team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service (1-2 years preferred).
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM MST).
