Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support via phone, chat, and email during night shift hours
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS platforms
- Document cases meticulously in CRM systems and escalate critical issues to senior engineers
- Collaborate with global teams to maintain SLA compliance and service excellence
- Conduct proactive system monitoring and incident management during off-peak hours
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge base articles for recurring technical solutions
- Participate in monthly cross-team training sessions to enhance technical expertise
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of technical support experience in IT helpdesk environments
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11, macOS, and network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose complex issues independently
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills and customer service orientation
- Availability to work night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM Pacific Time)
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or similar)
- Ability to thrive in self-directed remote work environments
