Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions
- Develop personalized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
- Track student progress and provide detailed feedback to parents
- Utilize interactive tools (whiteboards, quizzes, simulations) for dynamic lessons
- Collaborate with academic coordinators to optimize learning outcomes
- Prepare students for standardized tests and subject mastery
- Maintain accurate session records and progress documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or specialized subject area (Math, Science, English, etc.)
- 1+ years of tutoring or teaching experience (virtual preferred)
- Illinois teaching certification or equivalent subject expertise
- Exceptional communication and adaptability in digital environments
- Proficiency with video conferencing and educational software
- Strong time management and organizational skills

- Background check clearance required
