Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one online tutoring sessions via Zoom or Google Meet.
- Develop customized lesson plans and study guides tailored to individual student needs.
- Assess student proficiency and track progress through our Learning Management System (LMS).
- Maintain a professional and engaging virtual classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student performance and behavioral goals.
- Stay updated on curriculum standards and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Math, Science, or a related field is required.
- Strong command of the English language and excellent grammar skills.
- Proven experience in teaching or tutoring K-12 students is preferred.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to use technology proficiently and learn new software quickly.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help students succeed.
