Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized online tutoring sessions in Math, Science, English, or SAT/ACT prep
- Develop customized learning plans aligned with student goals and curriculum standards

- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student development
- Participate in ongoing professional development workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field
- 2+ years of tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Strong proficiency in virtual tutoring platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom)
- Excellent communication skills and cultural sensitivity
- Subject matter expertise in at least one core academic area
- Tennessee teaching certification preferred
