Responsibilities
- Deliver 1-on-1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions via our interactive platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with state standards and student goals
- Track student progress and provide detailed performance feedback
- Utilize digital resources to create dynamic, interactive learning experiences
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student achievements
- Participate in ongoing training and curriculum development initiatives
- Maintain accurate session records and progress documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field
- 1+ years of tutoring or teaching experience (K-12 focus)
- Proficiency in virtual teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage students digitally
- Nevada teaching certification preferred (or equivalent)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
- Background check clearance required
