Responsibilities
- Conduct 1-on-1 and small group virtual tutoring sessions via our interactive platform
- Customize lesson plans to align with student learning styles and curriculum standards
- Provide detailed progress reports and actionable feedback to parents/educators
- Maintain accurate session documentation and student achievement records
- Collaborate with academic coordinators to refine tutoring methodologies
- Utilize digital tools (whiteboards, screen sharing) for interactive learning experiences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
- K-12 teaching certification preferred (in-state or out-of-state accepted)
- 2+ years of tutoring or classroom experience
- Proficiency in virtual tutoring platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
- Strong communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
- Background check clearance required
