Responsibilities
- Conduct 1-on-1 and small group virtual tutoring sessions via our interactive platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and student goals
- Track progress through our proprietary assessment system and provide detailed feedback
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and academic advisors
- Utilize multimedia tools to create dynamic, engaging learning experiences
- Maintain accurate session records and progress documentation
- Stay updated on subject-specific teaching methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years of tutoring or teaching experience (virtual experience highly valued)
- Expert knowledge in at least one core academic subject (Math, Science, ELA, etc.)
- Proficiency with virtual classroom tools (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Arizona residency required for local partnership opportunities
