Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1-on-1 and small group virtual lessons in core academic subjects
- Develop customized learning plans aligned with student goals and curriculum standards
- Monitor student progress through regular assessments and detailed progress reports
- Utilize our interactive platform (video, digital whiteboards, shared resources) for dynamic sessions
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student achievements and areas for growth
- Collaborate with academic coordinators to refine teaching strategies and materials
- Maintain accurate session logs and documentation for billing and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- State teaching certification or 2+ years verified tutoring experience
- Expertise in at least one core subject (Math, Science, ELA, Social Studies)
- Proficiency with virtual classroom tools (Zoom, Google Classroom, interactive platforms)
