Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual lessons across core subjects
- Develop personalized learning plans aligned with student goals
- Track student progress using our analytics dashboard
- Communicate effectively with parents and academic advisors
- Utilize interactive digital tools (whiteboards, simulations, etc.)
- Participate in ongoing training and curriculum updates
- Maintain accurate session records and progress reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (required)
- 1+ years of tutoring or teaching experience (virtual preferred)
- Kentucky teaching certification or equivalent (preferred)
- Proficiency in virtual classroom technology (Zoom, Google Classroom)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong subject matter expertise in Math, Science, or English
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace
- Ability to work evenings/weekends (flexible scheduling)
