Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging one-on-one and small group virtual tutoring sessions in core subjects (Math, Science, English)

- Monitor student progress through regular assessments and detailed progress reports
- Communicate effectively with parents and teachers regarding student performance
- Utilize digital platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom) for interactive and effective online teaching
- Stay current with educational methodologies and subject matter expertise
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years of tutoring or teaching experience with proven student success
- Georgia teaching certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to connect with students remotely
- Proficiency in online tutoring tools and educational technology
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple students
