Responsibilities

- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student development
- Utilize digital platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom) for interactive lessons
- Collaborate with academic team to refine teaching methodologies
- Maintain accurate session documentation and scheduling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field
- 1+ years of tutoring or teaching experience (K-12 focus)
- Proficiency in virtual teaching platforms and digital tools
- Strong subject matter expertise in Math, Science, or English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to diverse learning styles
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Oklahoma residency required for compliance
