Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized online tutoring sessions in K-12 subjects and test preparation
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and student goals
- Monitor student progress through regular assessments and feedback
- Utilize interactive platforms (Zoom, Khan Academy, etc.) for dynamic instruction
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and academic advisors
- Stay current with educational methodologies and digital teaching tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, STEM, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years of tutoring or teaching experience (virtual experience strongly preferred)
- CA teaching certification or equivalent academic credentials
- Proficiency in online tutoring platforms and digital assessment tools
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to adapt teaching methods
- Strong subject matter expertise in at least two core subjects
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
