Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions via our interactive platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
- Track student progress and provide detailed feedback to parents
- Utilize digital tools (interactive whiteboards, screen sharing) for engaging sessions
- Prepare students for standardized tests (SAT/ACT, STAAR)
- Maintain accurate session logs and progress reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field
- 1+ years of tutoring or teaching experience
- Expertise in core subjects (Math, Science, English, History)
- Strong digital literacy and tech-savvy demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- State teaching certification preferred
