Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions in core academic subjects
- Develop personalized learning plans aligned with student goals and curriculum standards
- Track student progress and provide detailed progress reports to parents and schools
- Utilize our interactive digital platform effectively to enhance learning experiences
- Communicate proactively with students, parents, and academic coordinators
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions
- Maintain a positive, encouraging virtual classroom environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, STEM, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Texas teaching certification preferred but not required for non-public school roles
- Minimum 1 year of tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Proficiency with video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet) and digital learning platforms
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to adapt teaching styles
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
- Background check and child safety certification required
- Availability for weekday evening and weekend hours
