Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions via our interactive platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with Texas curriculum standards
- Track student progress and provide detailed progress reports to parents
- Prepare students for standardized tests (SAT/ACT, STAAR)
- Utilize multimedia tools to create engaging learning experiences
- Maintain accurate session logs and academic records
- Collaborate with academic advisors to address student needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field
- Texas teaching certification or equivalent tutoring experience
- 2+ years of online or remote teaching experience
- Expertise in core subjects (Math, Science, English, History)
- Proficiency with virtual classroom tools (Zoom, Google Classroom)
- Strong communication and adaptability skills
- Background check and child safety certification required
- Availability for weekday evening and weekend sessions
