- Collaborate with education specialists to refine teaching methodologies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Expertise in core K-12 subjects or standardized test preparation
- Proficiency with virtual learning platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- North Carolina teaching certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
