Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions via our secure platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with student goals and curriculum standards
- Provide real-time feedback and progress tracking to students and parents
- Utilize digital tools (interactive whiteboards, screen sharing) for dynamic instruction
- Maintain accurate session records and communicate progress to academic coordinators
- Stay updated on educational best practices and subject-specific methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years of tutoring or teaching experience (remote experience highly valued)
- Expertise in core subjects: Math, Science, English, or Foreign Languages
- Proficiency with video conferencing tools and educational software
