Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small group virtual lessons via our interactive platform
- Develop customized learning plans aligned with student goals and curriculum standardsMonitor student progress and provide detailed performance feedback
- Collaborate with parents and academic advisors to track student success
- Utilize digital tools for interactive whiteboards, screen sharing, and progress tracking
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance tutoring methodologies
- Maintain accurate session records and student documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years of tutoring or teaching experience (K-12 or college)
