Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1-on-1 and small group virtual tutoring sessions via our interactive platform
- Develop personalized learning plans aligned with student goals and curriculum standards
- Utilize digital tools (interactive whiteboards, AI assessments) to monitor progress
- Provide timely feedback and detailed progress reports to students and parents
- Collaborate with academic advisors to address learning gaps and optimize outcomes
- Maintain accurate session records and student documentation
- Participate in ongoing training and curriculum refinement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of virtual or in-person tutoring experience
- Proven expertise in standardized test prep (SAT/ACT) or core K-12 subjects
- Proficiency with video conferencing and educational technology platforms
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport remotely
- Flexible availability during evening and weekend hours (EST/MT time zones)
