- Del engaging 1-on-1 and small group virtual sessions in math, science, ELA, or test prep
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with Michigan state standards
- Track student progress and provide detailed performance reports

- Communicate effectively with parents and academic advisors
- Participate in ongoing professional development workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field
- 1+ years of tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Michigan teaching certification preferred
- Proficiency in virtual teaching tools (Zoom, Google Classroom)
- Exceptional communication and motivational skills
- Deep knowledge of Detroit Public Schools curriculum
