Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging 1-on-1 or small-group virtual tutoring sessions
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with student needs and curriculum standards
- Track student progress using our digital learning management system
- Provide constructive feedback and progress reports to parents/guardians
- Collaborate with academic team to optimize teaching methodologies
- Maintain a positive, encouraging virtual classroom environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ years of tutoring/teaching experience (K-12 focus)
- Proficiency in virtual tutoring tools (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Strong subject matter expertise in at least 2 core subjects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, and ability to adapt to diverse learning styles
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace
