Responsibilities
- Provide 1-on-1 and small group virtual tutoring sessions via our interactive platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS)
- Monitor student progress and provide detailed progress reports to parents
- Utilize digital tools for interactive instruction and assessment
- Collaborate with academic team to refine curriculum and teaching methodologies
- Maintain accurate session logs and student documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field
- Texas state teaching certification (preferred) or subject matter expertise
- 2+ years of tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Proficiency in virtual tutoring platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom)
- Strong communication skills and cultural responsiveness
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home workspace
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency highly desirable
