Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions in core subjects (Math, Science, ELA)
- Develop personalized learning plans aligned with Nebraska academic standards
- Utilize interactive digital tools to create dynamic, student-centered lessons
- Track student progress through our proprietary learning management system
- Communicate progress reports to parents and school partners bi-weekly

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Nebraska teaching certification preferred (not required)
- Minimum 2 years tutoring or classroom teaching experience

- Proficiency with video conferencing (Zoom, Google Meet) and interactive tools
