Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1-on-1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions across STEM, humanities, and test prep subjects
- Develop customized learning plans aligned with student goals and curriculum standards
- Track student progress using our proprietary analytics dashboard and provide actionable feedback
- Collaborate with academic advisors to address learning gaps and optimize session effectiveness
- Maintain accurate session documentation and progress reports for parents and schools
- Stay current with pedagogical best practices and subject-specific methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, STEM, or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years of tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Proven expertise in at least 2 academic subjects (e.g., Calculus, Writing, Biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to adapt to diverse learning styles
- Proficiency with virtual classroom tools (Zoom, Google Classroom, interactive whiteboards)
