Responsibilities
- Deliver 1-on-1 and small group virtual tutoring sessions in core subjects (Math, Science, ELA, Test Prep)
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with student learning objectives and curriculum standards
- Monitor student progress and provide detailed progress reports to parents and academic advisors
- Utilize our proprietary digital platform for seamless session delivery and resource sharing
- Maintain accurate student records and session documentation
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- 1+ years of formal tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Proficiency in virtual teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with diverse learners
- State teaching certification or equivalent tutoring credentials
- Strong subject matter expertise in at least 2 core academic areas
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home office setup
