Responsibilities
- Deliver 1-on-1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions in K-12 subjects and test prep
- Create customized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and individual learning goals

- Utilize our interactive digital platform for seamless session delivery and resource sharing
- Participate in ongoing professional development and curriculum enhancement initiatives
- Maintain accurate session documentation and student achievement records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of teaching/tutoring experience with proven student achievement results
- Expertise in K-12 curriculum (Math, Science, English, or Social Studies)
- Proficiency with video conferencing tools and educational technology platforms
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learners
- Valid Indiana teaching certification preferred but not required
