Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging 1:1 and small group virtual tutoring sessions
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with student learning objectives
- Utilize interactive digital tools (whiteboards, simulations, etc.)
- Track student progress and provide detailed feedback reports
- Collaborate with parents and academic advisors
- Maintain accurate session documentation
- Stay current with curriculum standards and teaching methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field
- 1+ years tutoring or teaching experience
- Proficiency in virtual classroom technology (Zoom, Google Classroom)
- Strong subject expertise in Math, Science, English, or SAT/ACT prep
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Indiana teaching certification preferred
- High-speed internet and dedicated home office space
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
