Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with Indiana academic standards
- Track student progress and provide detailed feedback to parents
- Utilize our digital platform for interactive lessons and assessments
- Collaborate with our academic team to refine teaching strategies
- Prepare students for standardized tests (ISTEP+, SAT, ACT)
- Maintain accurate session documentation and progress reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Indiana teaching certification preferred (not required)
- 2+ years tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Expertise in K-12 curriculum (Math, Science, ELA, History)
- Proficiency with virtual classroom technology (Zoom, Google Classroom)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace
