Responsibilities

- Track Performance: Monitor student engagement and performance metrics, providing detailed feedback to students and parents to ensure continuous improvement.
- Communicate Effectively: Maintain clear and professional communication with students and support staff to resolve issues and coordinate schedules.
- Adaptability: Adjust teaching methods in real-time to accommodate different learning speeds and complex topics.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject area is preferred (High school diploma with strong subject mastery considered for certain roles).
- Subject Matter Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in Math, Science, English, History, or test preparation (SAT/ACT).
