- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual instruction across core subjects (Math, Science, English, History)
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with state curriculum standards
- Monitor student progress through our proprietary tracking platform
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student development
- Utilize interactive digital tools to enhance virtual learning experiences
- Participate in ongoing professional development workshops
- Maintain accurate session documentation and progress reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (or current enrollment)
- Proven experience in tutoring or classroom instruction (min. 1 year)
- State teaching certification preferred but not required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Google Meet)
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
- Availability for weekday afternoons/evenings and weekend hours
