Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (or current enrollment)
- Florida teaching certification preferred
- 1+ years of tutoring or classroom experience
- Proficiency in virtual teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom)
- Strong communication and motivational skills
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace
- Background check clearance required
