In this role, you will conduct one-on-one virtual sessions, fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment tailored to each student's unique needs. Join us in revolutionizing education from the comfort of your home in Albuquerque, NM.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Live Sessions: Deliver high-quality, interactive online tutoring via our platform to students in Albuquerque and across the country.
- Personalized Learning: Develop customized lesson plans and study materials that align with state standards and individual student goals.
- Student Engagement: Maintain high energy and enthusiasm to keep students motivated and focused during virtual lessons.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor student performance, provide constructive feedback, and adjust teaching strategies to ensure continuous improvement.
- Parent Communication: Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and upcoming milestones.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Math, Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Certification: Teaching certification (K-12) is a plus but not strictly required for experienced subject-matter experts.
- Technical Proficiency: Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Deep knowledge of specific subjects (e.g., Algebra, Biology, SAT Prep) is essential.
- Availability: Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate diverse student schedules.
