Responsibilities
- Deliver 1-on-1 and small group virtual tutoring sessions via our platform
- Create customized lesson plans aligned with Arizona state standards
- Track student progress and provide detailed feedback to parents
- Utilize interactive digital tools (whiteboards, simulations, etc.)
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and academic advisors
- Participate in monthly training and curriculum development sessions
- Maintain accurate session documentation and progress reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Arizona teaching certification preferred (not required)
- 2+ years of tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Proficiency in virtual tutoring platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of K-12 curriculum and Arizona academic standards
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, and ability to adapt to different learning styles
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
