Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1-on-1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with California state standards
- Monitor student progress and provide detailed feedback to parents
- Utilize our digital platform for interactive lessons and assessments
- Collaborate with academic advisors to address student needs
- Participate in ongoing training and curriculum development
- Maintain accurate session documentation and progress reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's preferred)
- CA teaching credential or equivalent certification
- 2+ years of K-12 teaching/tutoring experience
- Expertise in at least two core subjects (Math, Science, ELA, etc.)
- Proficiency with virtual classroom technology (Zoom, Google Classroom)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles
- Clear background check and fingerprinting clearance
