Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group online tutoring sessions in Math, Science, English, or History
- Develop personalized learning plans aligned with student goals and curriculum standards
- Track student progress and provide detailed feedback to parents and academic advisors
- Utilize our interactive platform (video, whiteboard, digital resources) for dynamic lessons
- Collaborate with tutors nationwide to share best practices and resources
- Participate in monthly training webinars to enhance tutoring methodologies
- Maintain accurate session records and student documentation in our portal
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Expertise in at least one core subject (Math, Science, English, or History)
- Proficiency with video conferencing tools and digital learning platforms
- Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with diverse learners
- Kentucky teaching certification preferred but not required
