Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual instruction across K-12 subjects
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with Kentucky Core Academic Standards
- Track student progress through our proprietary analytics dashboard
- Provide constructive feedback and maintain detailed progress reports
- Collaborate with parents and academic advisors for student success

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (required)
