Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions via our interactive platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with Florida State Standards and individual student needs
- Track student progress through regular assessments and detailed progress reports
- Communicate effectively with parents and classroom teachers to support holistic development
- Utilize digital tools (interactive whiteboards, simulations) to create dynamic learning experiences
- Maintain accurate session records and student documentation in our CRM system
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Florida teaching certification or equivalent tutoring experience (2+ years)
- Expertise in Algebra, Geometry, Calculus, Biology, Chemistry, or Physics
- Proven ability to adapt teaching methods for diverse learning styles and abilities
- Strong technical skills with video conferencing and digital learning platforms
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (bilingual required)
- Background check and fingerprinting clearance compliant with Florida DOE requirements
