Responsibilities
- Deliver 1-on-1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions in Math and Science subjects
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with Colorado state standards and student needs
- Monitor student progress and provide detailed feedback to parents/guardians
- Utilize our interactive digital platform for engaging, real-time instruction
- Maintain accurate session records and student achievement data
- Collaborate with academic advisors to address learning gaps
- Participate in ongoing training and curriculum development initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of formal tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Proven expertise in middle/high school Math (Algebra-Calculus) or Science (Chemistry/Physics/Biology)
- Proficiency with virtual tutoring platforms and digital teaching tools
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to diverse learning styles
- Colorado teaching certification preferred (not required)
- Background check and child safety certification required
