- Utilize interactive digital tools (whiteboards, simulations, multimedia resources) to enhance comprehension
- Maintain accurate session records and progress documentation in our student management system
- Participate in ongoing professional development to refine pedagogical techniques
- Collaborate with curriculum specialists to improve tutoring methodologies and resources
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years verified tutoring or teaching experience in K-12 or college-level math/science
- Proficiency in virtual teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, proprietary software)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Valid U.S. work authorization and reliable high-speed internet connection
- State teaching certification (or equivalent) in relevant subject areas
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation
