Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small group virtual tutoring sessions via our secure platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with Miami-Dade County curriculum standards
- Track student progress using our analytics dashboard and provide detailed progress reports
- Communicate effectively with parents and school liaisons regarding student development
- Utilize interactive digital tools to create dynamic learning experiences
- Participate in quarterly training sessions on emerging pedagogical techniques
- Maintain accurate session documentation and scheduling records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or specialized subject area (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years of tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Florida teaching certification (or equivalent state certification)
- Expertise in at least one core subject: Math, Science, English, or Spanish
- Proficiency with video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet) and educational software
