Responsibilities
- Del engaging 1:1 and small group virtual tutoring sessions via our interactive platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with student learning objectives and state standards
- Track student progress and provide detailed progress reports to parents and academic advisors
- Utilize multimedia resources to create dynamic and effective learning experiences
- Communicate proactively with students, parents, and EduConnect support teams
- Participate in ongoing training and curriculum development initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student achievements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of tutoring or teaching experience (K-12 focus)
- Strong subject matter expertise in at least two core curriculum areas
- Proficiency with virtual classroom tools (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt teaching methods
- Wisconsin teaching certification preferred (not required)
- Background check clearance required
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
