Responsibilities
- Conduct dynamic 1:1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions via our interactive platform
- Develop customized learning plans aligned with curriculum standards and student goals
- Utilize digital tools to track progress, provide feedback, and generate reports
- Collaborate with parents and educators to ensure holistic student support
- Maintain subject expertise through continuous learning resources
- Adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles and abilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years tutoring/teaching experience (online preferred)
- Expertise in K-12 core subjects (Math, Science, ELA, etc.)
- Proficiency with video conferencing and educational technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- State teaching certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
