Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions in core subjects (Math, Science, ELA, History)
- Develop personalized learning plans aligned with Tennessee State Standards
- Track student progress using our proprietary analytics dashboard
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about student growth
- Prepare engaging digital materials using our interactive platform
- Participate in monthly virtual training and peer collaboration sessions
- Maintain accurate session records and progress documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Tennessee teaching certification preferred (not required)
- 2+ years of tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Proficiency with virtual learning platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom)
- Strong subject matter expertise in at least 2 core academic areas
- Excellent communication skills and cultural responsiveness
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
